Spatial Organization with Voronoi

After some serious thoughts, i have decided instead of proposing to build an arena, a multi use structure will be more appropriate. Below are some studies of the site. The current site is an empty land between the city and the waterfront. The main concern is the pedestrian connection from the city to the waterfront.


By proposing a building on the site, the pedestrian link between the two entity will be disrupted.

Therefore, a better solution is needed to preserved the link while providing more functional area to the space. By lifting up the Structure a ground level pedestrian flow can be preserved and in the same time provides functional spaces above.


The Idea to build a big box which houses Different types of functional spaces. It can be retail spaces, office spaces, Gallery, Gardens, or hall.


By applying Voronoi Theory, spaces could be generated by nodes which functional meaning have been given to.
