The proposed site is located next to the esplanade bus terminal in Perth. It is currently an empty grass lawn. The site has a strong potential to be developed.
In terms of circulation, The bus/ train terminal and ferry terminal is just beside it. Offices block are located north to the site. Therefore the site is well assessable from all four corners.
It has a potential view towards Swan river. It could also becomes a significant landmark when developed.

The Question, what programs should be propose? What i proposed for is a Sports Arena. Firstly, the site is more assessable compared to the current Perth arena. Secondly it will be a very significant landmark because of it's scale. Thirdly, The structure of an arena will enable a large span of roof which allows for my Biomimicry roof system.
